Are pets allowed at Sustutdene Eco Resort?

We welcome your pets at Sustutdene Eco Resort! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly request that you keep your pets on a leash at all times and responsibly clean up after them.

Do you have restrooms and hot showers?

There are full bathrooms with hot water available to guests renting our Vintage Cabins, A-Frame Cabins and Chalet. For campers, an outhouse is available on-site, but showers are not available.

Is there food available onsite?

While we don’t have a restaurant onsite, many of our horse clinics, horse adventures, and guided tours include meals.

Can I fish or kayak on the lake?

Takla Lake is the 5th largest natural lake in B.C. and features a variety of fish species that you can catch, including rainbow and lake trout, burbot, kokanee, and mountain whitefish. All guests who want to fish at the lake must carry a valid fishing license and follow provincial rules and regulations.

Guests may also enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding on the lake. We offer a variety of kayaks, paddleboards, canoes, and small motorboats for rent—all boaters must carry a valid boating licensed and no rentals will be granted to those under the influence of substances. Guided boat tours are available for those who would like to rest and relax while enjoying the beauty of Takla Lake.

How many campsites and lodging rooms are available at Sustutdene Eco Resort?

Sustutdene Eco Resort features 4 vintage cabins, 4 new A-frame cabins, and a chalet that sleeps 10. There are also 11 RV campsites and 5 tent campsites.

Do your RV sites have water or electricity?

RV sites do not include water or power. Please feel free to bring a generator to power your RV.
A water pump is available for campsite guests to fill trailers and RVs with non-potable water. We ask that guests ensure they bring enough drinking water for their stay and 18L jugs of drinking water are available for sale onsite.
